CAME
CAME must be in accordance with CAMO.A.300-CAME of Commission Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 and associated „AMC/GM“.
Suspected Unapproved Parts (SUP)
Info about Suspected Unapproved Parts can be found on EASA website. CAMO must define procedures that will assure control of Suspected Unapproved Parts.
Occurrence reporting
Occurrence reporting is laid down by dedicated regulation published on CCAA website:
- Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European parliament and of the council of 3 April 2014 on the reporting, analysis and follow-up of occurrences in civil aviation, amending Regulation (EU) No 996/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 2003/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Regulations (EC) No 1321/2007 and (EC) No 1330/2007;
- Commission implementing regulation (EU) 2015/1018 of 29 June 2015 laying down a list classifying occurrences in civil aviation to be mandatorily reported according to Regulation (EU) No 376/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
FDR/CVR inspection
Type and interval of FDR/CVR inspection must be included in aircraft maintenance programme in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 965/2012.
State aircraft
Maintenance and continuing airworthiness aircraft engaged in the state activities are subject to national regulation Ordinance on requirements for the operators, staff and organizations engaged in maintenance and continuing airworthiness of EASA aircraft when used for state activities.
Component maintenance
For component maintenance Ordinance on professional training, professional competency and other conditions which must fulfill aircraft maintenance staff certified for aircraft component maintenance must be complied.
