Parachute jumps on natural land operating sites

Parachute jumps on natural land operating site (outside the aerodromes or registered sites) can only be carried out with the approval of the Agency.


Organizer of the parachute jumps on natural land operating sites: a legal or natural person who organizes and is responsible for performing parachute jumps on natural land operating sites and who is obliged to obtain all relevant approvals from the Agency (hereinafter Organizer).


Organizer is responsible for the organization of the performance of the parachute jumps on natural land operating sites in a safe manner and in accordance with the applicable regulations, approvals and plan for the performance of parachute jumps on natural land operating sites.


Each parachute jump must be supervised by the jump master who must have a parachute license category C or D issued by the Agency.


An application for the approval of a parachute jumps on natural land sites must be submitted by the organizer no later than five (5) working days in advance and accompanied by plan for the performance of the parachute jumps on natural land operating sites.
