Aircraft take-off and landing on land and water operating sites

Aircraft take-off and landing on natural land and water operating sites is permitted only with the approval of the Agency and subject to the conditions specified in the approval taking into account the safety of operations.
Air Safety Order prescribes conditions for conducting occasional individual operations and conditions for obtaining approval. Need for aircraft take-off and landing on natural land operating site must be justified by the operator.

The request for the approval for take-off and landing of aircraft on land and water operating sites must be submitted to the Agency not later than seven (7) working days before the commencement of the operation. Fully completed application must be accompanied by the documents listed on the application form.

Aircraft take-off and landing on land and water operating site may be conducted by the pilot holding a valid pilot license and rating for the aircraft that will be used for take-off and landing operations.
 
Airplane pilot in command must demonstrate flying experience of at least 150 total flight hours, 150 total flights and recent experience of at least 3 landings and take-offs within the last 90 days with airplane of the same type/class as the one which will be used in operations.

The approval issued by the Agency is safety related and does not exempt the operator of the obligation to obtain the approval or consents required by other regulations (for example, consent of the property owner, physical planning, environmental protection, national parks and etc.).
