Pursuant to the provision of article 56 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No 90/11, 83/13) all public procurement notices have to be published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia. All records on download of tender documentation by companies in accordance with the Public Procurement Act are kept only in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia and are in no way available at the web site of CCAA.
Publication of tender documentation on this web site only serves the purpose of transparency compliance. Altough the tender documentation is identical to one published in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia, we strongly advise you to download the documents from the website of the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds for bidding purposes, except for contracting procedures for provision of public services within Annex II. B to the Act implemented by CCAA in accordance with the provision of article 44 of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, 90/11, 83/13).
