Permit to Fly EASA

For Croatian registered aircraft, Application form AIRW-FRM-003 supplemented with form AIRW-FRM-004 (Flight Conditions) and form AIRW-FRM-006 (Appendix),

If unconformity related to the safety of the design of the aircraft, such as an Airworthiness Limitation or an Airworthiness Directive, has not been complied with, application for Flight Conditions approval must be submitted first. 

After Flight Conditions has been approved, application for EASA Permit to Fly must be submitted with approved Flight conditions attached.

During the EASA Permit to Fly approval process, CCAA may perform aircraft oversight.
