Although Member State competent authority is responsible for POA approval, CCAA does not perform oversight and POA approval because is not EASA POA standardized. Moreover, there was no need for POA standardization because no POA applications were submitted to CCAA.
If POA application will be submitted, EASA will perform oversight and POA approval.
