Aircraft use of Standard Parts

Part of aircraft shall be considered standard part if regarded as such by the holder of approval of aircraft or component type for which the part shall be used and if all design, production, test and inspection information and uniform identification requirements necessary for demonstration of the part compliance are present in the public domain and published, or constitute part of the officially recognized standard.
