Croatian Civil Aviation Agency is hosting DGELG meeting

Croatian Civil Aviation Agency is hosting The Dangerous Goods European Liaison Group Meeting which will take place in Zagreb on 12 and 13 June 2018. 24 representatives of European states and 10 representatives of industry will participate the meeting. The Dangerous Goods European Liaison Group (DGELG) was formed around 20 years ago to promote co-operation between States in the investigation of dangerous goods incidents. Participation at that time was limited to small number of European States. Today membership has been extended to include all European States, European operators and number of other organizations.

DGELG is unique group where representatives of industry and States discuss together about issues regarding the transport of dangerous goods by air. European States and stakeholders are sharing their views, information and news, which contribute to the harmonised implementation of the ICAO standards in the national legislation. In Europe, this is partly done by EASA.

One of the DGELG tasks is to act as an Dangerous Goods Expert Group to EASA.
